Konecta showcases innovation in CX at Conarec 2025 in São Paulo

Conarec is the world’s largest CX trade show, held in São Paulo over two consecutive days of lectures, panels, and case study presentations. The 23rd edition brought together more than 500 speakers and an audience of 12,000 attendees. 

 
Konecta participated at Conarec 2025 with a dedicated booth showcasing its BPO, digital, and analytics solutions, reinforcing its positioning as a CX Tech company committed to customer satisfaction and successful business outcomes. 

In addition, the company hosted private lunches with key clients on both days, fostering closer connections and strengthening relationships.  


Konecta’s CEO in Brazil, Márcio Araújo, together with Alex Rocha, Director and Head of CX at Seguros Unimed, presented a success story highlighting the omnichannel solution developed by Konecta. 

The project addressed major customer pain points and delivered measurable results, underscoring the impact of proprietary technology and innovation in enhancing user and client satisfaction.

 


Also at the event, Alvaro Raif, SBD Brazil Director, joined the panel “AI that Delights, Not Just Responds – The Future of Experience is Emotional”, where he shared market insights and perspectives on the latest technological advancements shaping the CX landscape. 

The event was defined by knowledge sharing, valuable networking, and the exchange of experiences, creating lasting value for all participants. 

     

Last Monday evening, the Conarec Awards were held, recognizing companies that build strong, innovative relationships focused on the customer experience. Among more than 250 companies evaluated, Konecta received the award for Inbound Sales, solidifying the importance it represents to its customers.
