Madrid, 14th of September 2023 - Konecta, one of the major global providers of Customer Management Services, has been recognized for the fourth year in a row as a Leader for the EMEA region and Major Contender in the Americas by Everest Group in its Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2023.
Everest Group - a global research firm focused on strategic IT, business services, engineering services, and sourcing - assessed 39 international CX players in the Americas and 34 in the EMEA area through the PEAK Matrix®, ranking them in three categories: Leaders, Major Contenders and Aspirants.
