For example, we develop actions to improve employee experience, to promote work-life balance and labour flexibility, and to improve inclusion and engagement – always focusing efforts toward proactive, employee-centred solutions.

To understand our employees’ views, we conducted a diversity, equity and inclusion survey in Argentina in 2024. We’ll use the results to help design next steps, focusing on four key groups: LGBTQ+, Ageism, Women, and Disability.
We received the Equipares Gold Seal for the third consecutive year, highlighting our commitment to promoting gender equality and women's empowerment, fostering a safe work environment.
We have an internal process in place to support transgender individuals, taking care of procedures such as changing their name in documents, email, user/domains etc. In addition, our Human Capital team sends job offers to relevant associations, to encourage job applications from transgender individuals. Training courses are also provided, through Puntoform, to raise staff awareness and educate them about LGBTQ+ rights.
We run successful programs aimed at promoting women's professional development within the company. An example is LIFE, a program designed to strengthen female leadership within and outside of Konecta, offering training, networking, and impact opportunities. The program also contributes to community empowerment through volunteering: LIFE participants conduct talks in schools on topics such as female leadership, inclusion, and violence prevention.
In collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS), our Peru team promotes STEM training for women,offering specialized technology courses for Konecta employees and their family members aged 13 and older. The program aims to reduce the gender gap in the technology field, fostering digital curiosity, sharing role models, promoting digital education, and building confidence.
Residents of peripheral communities and favelas in São Paulo often face significant challenges that impact their quality of life. To address these, Konecta, PagBank, and the NGO G10 Favelas have collaborated to open a new workplace in Paraisópolis, the city's second-largest favela. In addition to generating direct and indirect jobs in the area, the aim is to improve the quality of life of employees by allowing them to work closer to their homes.

We founded our own social enterprise Konecta PRO five years ago, and today over 85% of employees are people with disabilities. Employment is focused on the specific needs of each employee, right through from initial recruitment, to adaptation to the working environment, to full inclusion (whenever possible).

Konecta in the Czech Republic has a program to provide employment and skills to people serving prison sentences. We set up our first workplace in a men’s prison in 2021, involving around 30 convicts; we then established workplaces in two other men's prisons. Today we employ around 70 convicted people in our workforce.

To ensure our people are fully equipped to deliver our - and our customers’ - ambitions for digital transformation and growth, we prioritize workforce development. This includes upskilling 4,000 employees in advanced AI and GenAI tools.
Our Language Training Program involves 10 countries, over 500 participants, 9,000 hours of training, and an 8/10 satisfaction rating. As well as supporting our people to develop their own language proficiencies, this program will power our rapid and continuing growth as a multinational company.
As part of our Talent management strategy regular virtual meetings are organized with the CEO and our HR and Sales directors across all our regions. As well as being a superb opportunity for individuals, it’s an investment in our own future success.
We're committed to nurturing leadership at all levels. Beyond refining the skills of our current leaders, we actively develop and support future leaders. A prime example is our global TalentUp! program, which provides executive digital training and coaching designed to empower and to prepare them for success
Didactik!, our corporate e-learning platform, supports virtual training, offering 360º learning experiences across different countries and a choice of over 14,700 courses. In 2024, 177,510 users benefited from these courses, between them earning a total of 199,776 certificates. That’s 49,587 more than the previous year, an increase of 24%.
