15 Years of Konecta in Peru: From a founding dream to a global benchmark in transformation

What began in 2011 as an ambitious project in a small office in Lima Cargo City has today consolidated into the most strategic operation in the sector nationwide. Konecta celebrates its 15th anniversary in Peru by honoring an evolution defined by human talent, equity, and an unwavering commitment to technology. 

Our journey is measured not only in years but in the impact we have made on thousands of professionals and the trust placed in us by the world’s most demanding companies. Here are the defining moments of our DNA:

• 2011: The Origin: We began with a courageous team of 60 employees serving the European market.
• 2012:  Social Commitment: We launched our Social Responsibility department, sealing historic alliances with the DKV Integralia Foundation and the Pachacútec Foundation.
• 2016-2017: Expansion and Merger: Joining forces with Allus Spain allowed us to scale to 9,000 employees and decentralize operations with our first site in northern Peru.
• 2020: Resilience and Technology: Amidst a year of global challenges, we obtained ISO 27001 certification and strengthened our AI and Big Data portfolio with the acquisition of Rockethall.
• 2022:  Global Giant: The Konecta-Comdata merger was finalized, consolidating our presence with 16,000 employees across 9 national sites.
• 2024:  High-Level Alliances: We launched operations with Netflix, reaffirming our capability to manage iconic brands with the highest technological standards.
