The openning of this new center demonstrates a focused effort to develop specialized local talent. The vision for this facility extends beyond conventional support functions, aiming to establish it as a specialized client interaction center for tourism reservation management, leveraging Campeche's position as a strategic gateway in Mexico.
The facility integrates Konecta’s global standards for infrastructure and design, ensuring modern, functional, and efficient spaces that enhance the experience for both employees and clients.
This project is positioned to significantly strengthen Campeche’s business ecosystem. By generating formal employment and attracting foreign investment, the hub aids in developing specialized talent and is intended to consolidate the state as a growth pole for the industry in Mexico.
In line with the company's global commitment to social responsibility, Konecta Campeche is implementing the "Youth building the future" program. This initiative focuses on providing professional training, skill development, and employment pathways for youth in the region, positioning the hub as a driver for human and professional development.
