Konecta achieves Global ISO 42001 certification

Madrid, June 18, 2026 - Konecta, a global leader in customer experience (CX) and digital services, today announced that its global operations, including its agentic AI platform Kolibri, have been certified to ISO/IEC 42001:2023 Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS), the international standard for Artificial Intelligence Management Systems. 

This achievement makes Konecta one of the very few organizations in the customer experience industry to hold this rigorous certification, underscoring its commitment to responsible, transparent, and trustworthy AI deployment.

As enterprises increasingly move from AI experimentation to full-scale production, proving that AI is secure and compliant has become a major board-level priority. This certification ensures that organizations can scale AI confidently, even in highly regulated industries such as banking, telecoms, energy, mobility, retail and e-commerce.


A proactive approach to the EU AI Act Konecta’s dedication to ethical AI governance extends beyond global certification. In January 2026, the company officially signed and joined the EU AI Pact, proactively aligning its operations and the Kolibri platform with the rigorous requirements of the EU AI Act. By integrating this regulatory alignment alongside its ISO 42001 compliance, Konecta ensures that clients are fully protected and compliant with the world's most stringent AI regulations.
