Madrid, May 8, 2026. Konecta, a global leader in customer experience (CX) transformation and digital services, has been recognized at the 17th Randstad Awards as one of the most attractive companies to work for in the audit and consulting sector in Spain. This recognition highlights the company's strategy to build an environment where people can develop, grow, and foster a genuine sense of belonging through a culture based on talent, innovation, and the transformation of the workplace through technology, in a context particularly marked by the emergence of Artificial Intelligence in the workplace.

The Randstad Awards, based on the Randstad Employer Brand Research report, annually analyze which companies are the most attractive to work for, according to talent preferences. In this seventeenth edition, the study was compiled from 7,800 surveys conducted in Spain with professionals of diverse profiles, ages, and educational levels.

The following companies have also been chosen as the best to work for in their respective sectors: Atresmedia, BBVA, IBM, ID Logistics, IKEA, Inditex, KPMG, L’Oréal, Mapfre, Meliá Hotels International, Mercedes-Benz, Nestlé, Roche Farma, Schneider Electric, Siemens Energy, and Telefónica.

This award comes at a time when factors such as professional development, flexibility, leadership, and access to innovative environments are gaining importance in companies' ability to attract and retain talent, as reflected in the Randstad Employer Brand Research report. In this regard, Konecta is committed to combining the potential of its people with digital tools and technologies designed to enhance their development, strengthen team connections, and transform the work experience.

Jaime Castel, Human Resources Director of Konecta Iberia, accepted the award on behalf of the company and, during the gala, emphasized the importance of placing people at the heart of technological transformation: “This Randstad Award fills us with pride because it confirms something essential for us: in an environment where Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we work, our greatest asset remains our people. Technology helps us move forward, but it is talent that gives meaning to every step.

Konecta maintains a strong commitment to training, career development, and the continuous improvement of its employees' skills, thus preparing its professionals to lead the next generation of digital services and customer experience. The company also promotes a leadership model based on close relationships, collaboration, and support for teams, fostering inclusive, agile, and creative environments where leaders act as facilitators of individual growth and development.

Castel sums it up as follows: “Our commitment is clear: to use technology to support, empower, and grow our teams. This recognition reflects precisely that vision.”
