2. For what purposes and under what legal bases do we process your personal data?

KONECTA will process your data for the purposes applicable to each case:

Managing inquiries, requests, or incidents received: The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest to address your inquiries, requests, or incidents.
Managing your document download request: The legal basis is the contractual relationship established with you upon requesting said download.
Enabling the development, management, and control of your attendance at events, as well as sending you communications regarding them: The legal basis is the performance of the contractual relationship established with you upon registering for them.
Sending commercial communications/newsletters regarding services and/or activities developed by KONECTA, tailored to your profile based on the information provided in the form: The legal basis is your express consent granted via the checkbox enabled for this purpose. Likewise, if you check the box and complete the “telephone” field, you consent that such communications may also be sent via this medium. You may withdraw said consent at any time by contacting: dpd@konecta.com.

We only collect data necessary for each purpose. Please note that if you do not provide mandatory information, we may not be able to fulfill the corresponding purpose. No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.

3. How long will we keep your personal data?

Your data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, and specifically:

In relation to managing your inquiries, requests, or incidents: For as long as necessary to address them.
In relation to managing your document download request: For as long as necessary to manage the request.
In relation to your attendance at events: For as long as necessary for attendance and event management control.
In relation to sending commercial communications/newsletters: Your data will be retained until you object to the processing or withdraw your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time through the free mechanism provided in each communication you receive.

Your data may be retained, duly blocked, during the legally applicable statutory limitation periods.

4. To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?

We inform you that your data will not be communicated to third parties unless necessary for the provision of the requested service or to comply with applicable legal obligations. This is without prejudice to the fact that data may be communicated to data processors (technology providers, event organizing companies, etc.), some of which have processing and/or support centers located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Furthermore, we inform you that we use social connectors, which are third-party plugins (applications) that connect this website with social networks and other similar services (such as LinkedIn) to access KONECTA's profiles on such networks. The use of these connectors is voluntary. If you choose to use them, you authorize the communication of your data (IP address, browsing data) to the aforementioned social networks, and KONECTA shall not be responsible for any subsequent processing they may carry out with your data. We recommend that you consult the terms and conditions of use of those platforms prior to interacting on social media with KONECTA's corporate pages to obtain detailed information.

5. How are your personal data protected?

We are committed to keeping your data secure and taking all reasonable precautions to do so. We implement all necessary organizational and technical measures in accordance with current regulations against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, loss, or destruction. We contractually require and impose upon service providers who handle your data to do the same.

6. What are your rights?

You may request confirmation as to whether your data are being processed and, if so, access them.
