Transparent AI infrastructure: why governance starts with technological architecture

Artificial Intelligence has officially graduated from the "pioneer phase". In 2026, it is no longer enough to prove that AI works; organizations must demonstrate that it can be managed safely, transparently, and at scale.

A common misconception is that AI governance is designed to replace or slow down automation. In reality, a solid governance framework enhances human capability.

Gartner predicts that by 2029, 70% of government agencies will legally require this oversight for any automated decision affecting citizens.
